I’m in the process of revamping my site, and switching from a static page to a blog format, for several reasons.

As many of you know, I have spent the past year immersed in the publishing process, which has culminated in the publication of my first cookbook, A Feast of Ice and Fire. I am continuing my culinary explorations on my personal food blog, Food Through the Pages, and from time to time will continue to update the Inn at the Crossroads with the odd recipe.

Now that the cookbook is finished, printed, and on shelves, though, I have time to come back to icon painting. I hope to use this blog to keep everyone updated on my newest projects, and as a way of sharing the beauty of historical icons.
